MaryAnn Genovese founded Edgecumbe Group in 2014 in Monmouth County, New Jersey. The company is currently headquartered on Amelia Island outside of Jacksonville, Florida.
A particularly powerful skillset is that she truly enjoys the business development hunt, cold calling and full cycle recruiting. Leading Edgecumbe Group's client relationships, market development, and search strategy while expanding the firm's work in emerging talent markets including cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, critical infrastructure, defense technology, and secure environments.
