Patent Agent

A top tier global law firm is seeking Patent Agents with two or more years of patent prosecution experience.  Our client’s value a candidate(s) with a superior technological background, academic credentials, and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, or Physics, or equivalent experience, preferably M.S. or higher AND passed the patent bar.

• 2+ to 5 years patent prosecution experience

• Academic concentration: EE, CS, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, or Physics

Location: Silicon Valley (preferred), DC, Boston, New York, or Seattle offices.
