Software Engineer TS/SCI CI Poly Required
Software Engineer to join our client’s high-performing agile team that uses the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology to support a nationally significant and fast-paced program. Program execution follows DEVOPS best practices and employs robust development, test, and production environments. Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and test automation tools are utilized alongside a full suite of team collaboration tools. The program is focused on injecting new technology and adding advanced capabilities in support of an ongoing operational system.
Responsibilities:
Complete software development tasks both individually and as a member of an agile team.
Participate in program increment planning and related team activities.
Analyze and study complex system requirements, use design software tools, provide support using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, and other accepted design techniques with the use of Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools
Using sound software engineering principles to ensure that developed code is modifiable, efficient, reliable, understandable, fault-tolerant, and reusable.
Provide software process management and control throughout the coding portion of the software development process and will promote code reuse and cross-program collaboration by creating common functions and shared actions for developers and testers.
Engineer, author, tune and document automation scripts in a development environment and deploy to the test/production bench.
Required Qualifications:
Clearance: TS/SCI w CI Poly REQUIRED
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline. Relevant work experience may be substituted for a Degree
Demonstrated experience with Java is required
Experience or familiarity with multiple of the following: Java/JEE, Python, C/C++, SQL, SOAP, WSDL, WADL, PERL, PowerShell, VBS, Eclipse, Postgres, Oracle, Jenkins on a Windows platform.
Experience with User Interface development, knowledge of databases and structures, and/or experience working with XHTML, HTML, XML, XSLT
Experience developing on Windows, and/or Linux operating systems
Must have a strong understanding of sound software development principles and practices
Must be able to plan and prioritize personal tasking and be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Must be an independent thinker, capable of performing high quality work, both independently and with a team, in a fast-moving environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with the following: JEE, SQL, application servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss), scripting
Experience with high level requirements management including requirements decomposition, secure systems engineering and development, trade-off analysis, interface control, and testing and continuous integration
Experience in software development on Agile teams using Agile Developer practices such as Pair Programming, BDD, Refactoring, and ATDD
Experience with FITNesse, Mockito, Cucumber, Unified Functional Tester (UFT), Selenium
Experience with Behavior Driven Development (BDD) or Test Driven Development (TDD)
Secure Software development (i.e. Layer 7 Policy)
Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology, SAFe Agilest Certification, or past experience as a member of an agile team.

Signals Intelligence Systems Architect DoD TS/SCI 9 / 80 schedule
ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
Supports programs within international and domestic Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) marketplace, with emphasis on Satellite Communications (SATCOM), Communications Intelligence (COMINT), Direction Finding (DF) Systems.
Leads cradle-to-grave Systems Engineering efforts from creating initial CONOPs through System Development, Implementation, Integration, Testing, Verification, Validation, and all portions in between to ensure the product both meets the requirements and supports our customer’s needs.
Defines system architectures based on non-technical mission objectives
Supports decomposition of architectures and objectives into system requirements and further decomposition within specific engineering domains.
Conduct trade studies into technologies supporting SIGINT solutions
Establishes and maintains frequent Intelligence Community (IC) and Defense customer contacts in the international and domestic SIGINT, COMINT/DF, and EW marketplace
Collaborates with customers to develop system Concept of Operations (CONOPS), architectures, and requirements for SIGINT, COMINT/DF, and EW systems
Develops and presents briefing packages of GDMS SIGINT capabilities and system offerings to international and domestic customers
Works closely with business area technical and management team to align business area strategy, capabilities, investments, and offerings with SIGINT, COMINT/DF and EW markets
Performs competitor analyses and develops teaming relationships as needed
Works closely with Export Compliance organization to obtain all export licenses for business pursuits in the international marketplace
What you bring to the table:
RF signal processing system design. System modeling, simulation, and algorithm development. Analyzing and characterizing SATCOM signals. Collection and analysis of communication signals in L, C, and K spectrums
Detailed understanding of the SIGINT, COMINT/DF and EW marketplace including major customers and industry competitors
Understanding of DSP software development
Develop testing criteria and execute validation of designs
Proficient in signal processing algorithm development in MATLAB or Python
Demonstrated problem-solving, verbal and written communication, presentation and organizational skills
In addition, the candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to travel worldwide, up to 20%
MUST HAVE:
Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) with 8+ years’ experience or Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with 10+ years’ experience. Agile experience preferred. Exceptional communication, presentation, and influence management skills, with notable record of securing buy-in on concepts and ideas.
